What happens next
Under MSA §7, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. This request counts as your written notice.
Your end date is the later of your requested date or 30 days after we receive this request.
Monthly fees billed in advance are non-refundable (MSA §3.1). Add-on work through your end date will be included on your final invoice.
We will notify you to revoke our team’s system access at termination. No further action is needed from you now.
